Everyone Loves a little Butter!   Captain Troy’s Gourmet, Creole Butter Grilling Seasoning is a special, unique blend of spices and herbs.  This blend of flavors is nothing like traditionally marketed creole seasonings that are filled with paprika, chili pepper, cayenne pepper, etc. We removed the red colors commonly associated with larger brands and cut the sodium by 25%, added a hint of garlic while adding an explosion of fresh butter while finishing it off with a light lemony flavor.  We did this so the pickiest of food lovers could enjoy creole flavor that our grandpa and mom used to make. Our product is gluten free, but does contain a small amount of MSG to make up for the reduced sodium content.

This creole grilling seasoning goes good on everything that you like to grill or cook with. It especially enhances the flavor of grilled, baked, sauteed,  chicken, pork, shrimp, oysters, fish and vegetables.
